Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India and some selected international destinations. confirm with use for international orders before placing the order 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday), unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom orders or bulk quantities may take additional time, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (India): 3–10 business days

  • International : 7-25 business days depending on the location (HGwellness is not responsible for  customs duty or issue from customs of the customer county. 
  • incase of COD order 2-3 days delay is added so for COD 4-13 days for delivery can be estimated.

    Delays & Exceptions

    • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

      • National holidays, natural disasters, or logistic partner issues

      • Remote locations or PIN codes with limited courier access

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international shipments.
