Return & Refund Policy

We at VeinFinder.in strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not, we offer a return policy in accordance with the following terms:

1. 7-Day Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. 

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via our official email: hgwellnessllp@gmail.com
  • You must provide the order details, return reason, and shipping tracking number when you ship the product back to us.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or faulty.

3. Non-Damage Condition

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition. If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling by the customer, the return will not be approved.

4. Cancellation Policy :At HG Wellness, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order. before the dispatch the customer have to notify the request of cancellation via email with in 24 hrs. with order id and other details  to hgwellnessllp@gmail.com . 

  HG wellness can cancel your order incase of suspicious order  or not deliverable address or any other reason that we have to cancel order 

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy. 

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via one of the following methods:
    • NEFT/UPI: You will need to provide your bank details for the transfer.
    • Payment Gateway: If applicable, refunds will be processed via the original payment method through the payment gateway used.

6. Customer Discretion Returns

  • If you simply do not like the product, you can return it within the 7-day return period. The refund will be processed as outlined above, provided the product is in perfect condition.

7. Geographical Limitations

  • This return and refund policy applies only within the borders of India. We do not accept international returns at this time.

8. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising from this return and refund policy will fall under the jurisdiction of Gujarat, Ahmedabad.
